According to both CNN and the Associated Press, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have been declared the winners of the 2020 election after winning the state of Pennsylvania.
Trump and his legal team are expected to continue contesting the results of the election in court.
Biden is expected to begin establishing a transition plan that will go into place on January 20, Inauguration Day.
